1. Acceptance of Terms
This agreement is between you and Meora Digital LLC. By accessing and using bas-relief.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
bas-relief.ai provides AI-powered tools for generating 3D bas-relief models from text descriptions and images. The Service includes both free and paid tiers, subject to usage limits and credit balances.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all rights to the original input images and text prompts you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your requested 3D models. You own the rights to the generated 3D models, subject to any third-party rights in your original inputs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Refund Policy
No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate allocation of computing resources, all sales are final. Once a payment is made or credits are purchased, they are non-refundable.
Service Delivery
Upon clicking the "Generate Relief" button, your order is placed and cannot be canceled. The corresponding fee is deducted from your Credit Balance only after the successful delivery of the result. While most results are delivered within 1-2 minutes, processing may take several hours during periods of high demand. Completed results will be available in your transaction history.
Technical Issues
In the event of a verified technical failure where credits are deducted but the result is not delivered, please contact us at info@bas-relief.ai. If our investigation confirms a system error, the unfairly deducted amount will be credited back to your account balance. We do not offer cash refunds for technical errors; compensation is provided solely via account credits.
9. AI-Generated Output
Digital relief production predominantly utilizes artificial intelligence. Due to the inherent nature of AI, not every production is entirely flawless, and occasional errors may occur. By using the services provided on this site, you accept any imperfections or errors originating from the AI.
